AI Nuke Here HELP!

I have tried countless times to get this to work but i don't seem to be able to. i have attached a simple map with one enemy and a ghost who is told to nuke at a certain location. could someone please just look at it and tell me what i am doin wrong. Thanks...

Actually, I did work. I was kind of beoard and put operation cwal and than the *%&*% ghost nuked me! Some )#%(&()( annoying!
But any how, it worked.
