Blizzard has official cut GameCube from Starcraft: Ghost. They feel that multiplayer aspect was too difficult to produce for the GameCube and thus cut any further development on it.

Blizzard has already removed the GameCube from their FAQ

On what platforms will StarCraft: Ghost be available?
StarCraft: Ghost will be available on the Xbox and PlayStation 2.

They canceled the StarCraft Ghost project development for the GameCube console because GameCube doesn't have good online play.

What will Ghost come out for?

I think it will come out for Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube (not think, I seriosuly want it too), because I don't want to get any new-generation systems, the reason why I asked was because I was looking at the Blizzard catalog, and it said that Ghost was coming to the "Next Generation Consoles"...

btw did anyone see that new trailer????

It WILL only be out for current-gen systems.

Even though it will be out around the Ps3 release.

It's only coming out for the PlayStation 2 and the X-Box. They ceased developement of a GameCube version a few months ago, :\

it most likely will be on our PS2 and Xbox.... the reason why is because not all SC fans are tools and aren't going to buy a PS3, Xbox360, and possibly (though pretty much 0% chance) Nintendo Revolution.... I mean who here wants to buy next gen for one game? (Assuming most SC fans like RTS's and games or comp games) I think It's ok to say the most persistent fans...
