Can more than one SCV work on a building?

it would be great to see more than one SCV work on a building....it would make it more efficient for Terrans....you know how it is for the Protoss and Zerg. i remember playing Age of empires and that would be great to see in this game.We feel like the current situation is pretty balanced, considering the latest changed related to worker..
