uh im not sure who would win i mean that she had skin so hard it could withstand some sort of advance machine gun bullets. also she survived a bullet to the head with a highly advanced sniper rifle... but Nova could probably lock her down then call in a nuke and run so ill go with Nova. Even if she couldn't nuke though she'd probably still win with a grenade or something.
