Go to www.battlereports.com and download some replays of good Zerg players. It's a lot easier to watch the strategies and learn them then to just look at a bunch of text from my post and master a strategy. Also, I suggest playing on the map Blood Bath--it's a small map with a lot of money (10,000 gas at each geyser, 3000 minerals at the in-base expansions) making it easy to stay in your base the whole game, and games on that map don't usually take too long either, meaning you can get some good replays of your opponents and find ways to stop them. Create games titled "2v2 Bloodbath" or something like that with that map, or join them if you can find any.
