it's definitely superman, if i were going from the list.
it's a hands down thing too, its the obvious choice.
though he is hindered by his weakness against kryptonite, he possesses many superhuman strenghts: such as strenght, laser eye beams, great vision, really fast, flies, man of steel ability.

i dont know about capt america, but batman is too dependent on "gear" he doesnot have true special powers

Terminators vary with effectiveness, newer models are obviously stronger and more efficient in carrying out their orders.

spiderman, is versatile and possesses much of the same abilities that superman has but no laser eyes, and no flying around or steel. flying is better than web slinging

hulk, his powers are unstable.... and is only activated in instances of anger.

ever watch the adventures of batman/superman on wb? lol.. batman owned superman like it was child's play.. he punched him hard in the face, and before superman could do his lightning fast crap, he pulled a chunk of kyptonite out of his sleeve and put it in his face.. he got him to the point he coulda killed him easily, then warned him, thre the piece in a nearby glass, and disappeared.. it was all like, kewl and stuff.. batman has style
